Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux to split

BREAKING NEWS: Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are calling it quits.

The couple  has released a joint statement saying the split was a "mutual and lovingly made at the end of last year."

That's right folks the pair kept it secret for months!

The statement also said they would have liked to have handled the break-up privately but didn't want tabloid speculation.

Aniston and Theroux got married in August 2015 after a three year engagement.

They say they intend to maintain love and respect for each other.

It's opening a big ol' can of worms, with speculation the Friend's actress could be back with former lover Brad Pitt.

Only time will tell!
